What you are looking at

The base layer is the unexplored map — terrain before you have walked anywhere. A second set of textures fills in each sub-zone as it is discovered. Toggle Explored to compare them. In build 1.60.1.70245, 687 base tiles sit beneath 972 explored ones.

Where the pins come from

Sub-zones are read from the Forever client. NPC, vendor and resource positions are server-side data that no client file contains, so they are not here yet. Opt-in community contributions will be marked unverified until corroborated.
