What you’ll leave with

A simple plan for your next few crafting attempts.

Before you start

  • Your profession and current skill number
  • A recipe your character can learn or already knows

Give yourself a small target

Look at your current profession skill in game. Aim for a little progress this session instead of planning the entire journey at once. For gathering professions, start with something your character can successfully gather.

Why this matters

A short plan is easier to adjust when you discover a new recipe or run short of a material.

Choose a craft you can actually make

Open your profession window in game and check which recipes you know, what they need, and their current difficulty. Pick something useful, or something that uses materials you already have.

Why this matters

Seeing a recipe on a website doesn’t mean your character has learned it yet.

Plan a few attempts

Use the materials helper on your profession page. Choose the recipe and enter how many times you want to craft it. Check the totals against your bags before collecting or buying the rest.

Why this matters

A small batch lets you try the plan without spending everything up front.

Check your progress and adjust

After your batch, check your skill number and the recipe’s difficulty again. Continue if it still makes sense, or choose another craft. Keep any extra attempts separate from your original plan.

Why this matters

Five crafting attempts do not necessarily mean five skill-ups. Watching your results keeps the plan realistic.

A quick note before you get going

This is a beginner planning method, not a verified fastest or cheapest leveling route. Check recipe difficulty and learning requirements in game.
